1. Booking & Deposits

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

• Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.

• Deposits are non-transferable between clients.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

• No-shows incur a charge of the full treatment amount, which must be paid before any new booking can be made.

3. Late Arrival

• If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.

• If cancelled due to lateness, it is treated as a no-show, and charges apply.

4. Medical Conditions & Suitability

• Clients must complete a full consultation and health questionnaire prior to treatment.

• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy/breastfeeding status, and previous aesthetic treatments.

• The practitioner may decline or postpone treatment if it is not medically appropriate or safe.

• Patch tests (where required) must be completed at least 48 hours before treatment.

5. Age Requirements

• Clients must be 18 years or older for all SPMU, filler, and aesthetic treatments.

• Proof of age may be required.

6. Results & Aftercare

• Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

• Following all aftercare instructions is essential for optimal results.

• Corrective or additional sessions may be required and may incur an additional charge (e.g., SPMU touch-ups).

7. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due on the day of treatment.

• No refunds are offered on completed treatments.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes without reasonable grounds may result in services being declined.

8. Photography & Consent

• Before-and-after photos may be taken for record purposes.

• Photos will only be used for marketing with the client’s consent.

9. SPMU Top-Ups

• Top-up appointments (if included) must be carried out within the specified timeframe (commonly 6–12 weeks).

• Missed or rescheduled top-ups outside the timeframe may incur additional fees.

10. Right to Refuse Service

• The practitioner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is unsuitable, intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a safety risk.
